We have the best procurement and processing systems to process milk and milk products. Raw milk procured directly from the farmers or suppliers, is first chilled at 4°C and then sent for onward processing where milk and other dairy products are packaged. The entire processing chain is designed to ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards.
We process two variants of milk at our plant. The first is the whole milk, which is available in high-quality food-grade pouches. It is packed after heat treatment at 70°C and enjoys a shelf life of three days. The second variant is the Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) pasteurised milk, which is available in tetra packs. It is treated at 140°C and has a shelf life of 180 days. Notably, this variant needs no refrigeration until it is opened and doesn’t need to be boiled before it is consumed as the pasteurisation process kills all pathogenic microbes that can spoil the milk.
